30 Day Writing Challenge: Write About It Be About It

It’s officially fall season. Leaves are turning colors and beginning to blanket the summer grass. Everyone is packing away their summer duds in exchange for their favorite cozy sweaters. Each weekend you find yourself spending a little more time insideĀ curling up on your couch with your favorite throw blanket and cup of chai tea.

This is the perfect time to begin to write down your hopes and dreams for the coming year or the reflect on lessons learned thus far in 2015 during my 1stĀ annual Write About It Be About It: 30 Day Writing Challenge. Daily writing is a great way to be able to track your growth, gage what your stressors are, orĀ to document memorable milestones in your life. You owe it to yourself.

You have a little over one week to find a snazzy little journal and track down that favorite pen of yours to be ready to hit the ground running for the #WAIBAI Challenge. Here are the rules of the challenge:

  • Share/repost this challenge with friends and family
  • Use the hashtags #WriteAboutItBeAboutIt or #WAIBAI
  • Start date : November 1st
  • Daily writing prompts will post on FB fan page “The MonaLita” & Twitter @themonalita
  • For 30 days take 10-20 mins to write in your journal
  • Be your most authentic self &Ā release yourĀ inspiring thoughts out onto the pages of your journal
